Vector-workout Support
Vector-workout Support is a way to get affordable support for Vectorworks when you need it. When you upgrade Vectorworks, or buy Vectorworks the first time a small investment in training will ensure that you become productive as soon as possible and ensure better usage of the product in the longer term.
Vector-workout Support is a system to help you over this. You can call us, book a training session with us, or email for help.
The Support contract runs for 6 months, after which time you can cancel or commit to the contract for another 6 months.
What do you get?
You get access to one of the most experienced Vectorworks trainers in the world. You get up to 2 hours of email/phone/internet each month that you can use as you wish. You can use this time to help with a problem, or you can use this time for online training, it’s up to you. If you have a large company, you can have up to 3 people at an online session.
There might be a month where you need more that one hour. That is OK, we can take an hour from next month.
During your contract you also get a access to the Vector-workout Subscription service, giving you access to over 46 downloadable manuals, 100’s of movies, and regular online sessions. See http://www.archoncad.co.nz/subscription.html for details.
What Does it Cost?
The cost of this support is $164NZ+GST ($124US) per month ($984NZ+GST for six months)
